Catherine, widow of the late Jeremiah Flynn, died at her home, 32 Air Line Ave., Portland, last evening, after an illness of several months. She had been a resident of Portland for many years and was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John C. Barry of Portland, Mrs. Adrian R. Dunn of this city, and Miss Emma Flynn, at home. The funeral will be held on Friday morning at 8:30 and at St. Mary's church at nine o'clock, where a requiem high mass will be celebrated. The burial will be in the family plot in St. John cemetery in the rear of the church in this city.

The funeral of Catherine, widow of the late Jeremiah Flynn was held from her late home 32 Air Line Ave., Portland, this morning at 8:30 and was very largely attended by relatives and friends. A requiem high mass was celebrated in St. Mary's church at nine o'clock by the Rev. Dr. Farrel Martin who also read prayers for the dead after mass. There was a large number of floral tributes. The pall-bearers were P. Joseph Dunn, John Connell, John F. Barry, Edward McAuliffe, Patrick Butler and Garret Barry. The flower bearers were Raymond Dunn, John H. Barry and Adrain Dunn, Jr. The burial was in St. John's cemetery this city where services were conducted by the Rev. Dr. Martin
