She appears to be the Catherine Hoffman born 14 OCT 1827 Livingston, Columbia, New York to this Peter H Hoffman and his wife Catherine Coons of Taghkanic, Columbia, New York:

If you can establish then the rest of her tree will be easy because both Peter H Hoffman and Catherine Coons families have been studied for several generations. So the next step would be to build a tree for this family and look at records for Catherine's siblings and the will of Peter and Catherine (who may have remarried I don't know) in Columbia County. Also this family seems to be in U.S., Dutch Reformed Church Records. According to U.S., Dutch Reformed Church Records Peter Hoffman was born 16 Sep 1801 bp 8 Oct 1801 in New Hackensack, Dutchess, New York, to William Hoffman and Deborah Leroy.
