Linda, etal

I greatly appreciate your work in updating me on the "other" John Lee family. I was told once at the Hist Soc by another Lee researcher that the other John Lee was aka John Leigh. I never pursued it in my research being satisfied at that time that we had enough information. Nowadays, it often seems that there is no limit to how much is enough. Your's is much more complete and conclusive. I added the part about slave Judy/Jude because she was the final point that decided which John Lee was oursin KY He also signed his name, while 2 o 3 others signed with a "mark".

There will be more wailing and gnashing of teeth at the MD/KY Reunion in June, expecially by authors presenting their books for sale. I had just started drafting my "final message for awhile" to the List after finding 675 messages on our return from a week in Ohio/KY for a family funeral. I'm down to about 35 now.
