About Cecelia de Segrave

http://genforum.genealogy.com/mallory/messages/2742.html

Richard's wife was Cecilia Segrave, the younger (probably youngest) sister of Stephen Segrave, an extremely powerful person in England during the first half of the reign of Henry III. In particular, his role in Leicestershire was prominent, as this is where the original Segrave properties were and this is where he tried hardest to acquire more. There is no direct documentary proof of this marriage....

The rest of the speculations regarding her are dubious at best, as Gilbert Mallory "of Welton" is in the Newbold Revel line of descent, not the Kirkby Mallory line.
