The Census Record from 1900 show Joseph A Penny and Ollie had a daughter named Cecsle, born in 1894 and was 6 years old. No record of her death and she was not on the 1910 Census Report with the other children. This is the only mention of her that I have heard or seen. (Joan Penney Hawkins-2011)
