Item I - I direct that all lmy just debts be paid, including funeral expenses and expenses of last illness.
Item II - I will, bequeath, and devise all my stock to the Edington Papaer COmpany Inc., to my son Max Edington.
Item III - I will, bequeath, devise one family home at 140 SOuth Main Street Linton, Greene COunty, Indiana, to my son Max Edington, for and during his lifetime. After the death of Max Edington, I will, bequeath and devise the family home to Beulah McCraney, Lyons, Indiana
Item IV - I will, bequrath and devise all the restr and residue of my property, real, personal and mixed of every kind and description to my son Max Edington.

Item VI - I hereby apoint my son, Max Edington, as executor of this will, and request that he be permitted to serve withoot [sic without] bond.
