Hana Muskat was born in Belzice, Poland in 1885 to Shimon and Sara. She was married to Khanokh with 8 children. Prior to WWII she lived in Belzice, Poland. During the war she was in Belzice, Poland.

Hana was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
