Will of Thomas COPHER of Isle of Wight County,

plantation where I now live to my loving wife Olliff COPHER, and rest of my estate,

after wife's death, land to my son Jacob COPHER, and if he dies with no lawful issue, land to my grandson James COPHER,

to my daughter Olive Griffin, one pound,

to my daughter Charity HOLLIMAN, eight pounds,

to my son James COPHER, five shillings,

to my son Thomas COPHER, five shillings,

to my daughter Mary Stevenson, five shillings,

to my daughter Ann Pitman, five shillings,

to my daughter Sarah Hunter, five shillings,

to my daughter Jane Dawel, two pounds,

to my grandson Emanuel Powers, five pounds,

one third of remainder of estate after wife's death to son Joseph COPHER and the other two thirds to be equally divided between three of my grandsons John HOLLIMAN, James COPHER, and Moody COPHER, appoint Jesse HOLLIMAN and my son Thomas COPHER as executors
