The Maitland Mercury etc 6th April 1850 include a list of convicts given conditional pardons including Charles Cassidy, John Barry 4.
The list includes several convicts off John Barry 4.The John Barry (4) only transported 17 male convicts in 1836. None of the convicts listed in the paper were listed as convicts on that trip. I'm assuming the convicts listed in the paper were off the John Barry 5 (1839). (Nola)
