Van Buren - Funeral services for Charles Edward Colyotte, 73-year-old retired farmer who died April 11 in the Poplar Bluff [Mo] Hospital, were held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Mount Carmel Baptist Church with the Rev. Noel Boyer officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Pewitt's Funeral Home. Born in Lesterville, Sept 17, 1885, he had spent his childhood in Reynolds County and was a former resident of Searcy, Ark. He was married to the former Miss Della Clarinda Hampton at Annapolis and was a deacon in the Hickory Hill Missionary Baptist church.
