DR. HIGGINS INSANE
"The Old Reliable Doctor" Taken This Morning to County Jail.
Dr. C.W. Higgins, who for years has advertised himself as "the old reliable -- 25 years in Salt Lake," was this morning taken to the county jail suffering from a form of insanity brought on by the over use of bromidia and other drugs. At times he is rational, and at other times he makes a noise like the crowing of a rooster and lets out wild yells. It is thought that the ailment is only temporary.
