A Patriot of the American Revolution for VIRGINIA. DAR Ancestor #  A080311

In 1741 Charles Patented 341 acres in Prince William Co., va. (SLONN Patents, Book E, p. 328). This land was located on the North Branch of Great Run beginning at a corner of Charles Morgan Sr. and Thomas Acres. After 1752, Charles appeared several times in the Prince William Co. order books as a witness, surveyor of highways or estate appraiser. He is listed on the 1770 Quit Rent Rolls as Charles Sr.
