Registry of Deeds The Registry of Deeds holds memorials of all deeds, mortgages, marriage settlements, wills and leases that were lodged since 1708. A search of the index books from 1750 to 1880 identified several later Sippi deeds, these pertain to John Andrew Sippi of Youghal.

1856 20 155 Deed of Assignment 2nd July 1856, John Andrew Sippi late of Youghal now of Lismore, gentleman, who was cited as a trustee in a marriage settlement between George Frederick Handel Rogers and Frances Philips.

1857 27 48 Deed of Agreement between Goodman, gentleman of Ballyhorgan who borrowed £2000 to purchase the 'Lock estate' in Kerry from John Andrew Sippi of Lismore and John McLean of George Street, Limerick.

1876 45 198 John A. Sippi of Lismore, Professor of Music and Charles Augustus Sippi late of Youghal but then of London Ontario Canada Professor of Music and Edward Coughlan of Headbrough Tallow, Co. Waterford, Yeoman, reciting a lease of 30th May 1861 between J.A. Sippi and C.A. Sippi who leased building ground at Knockavery in the Town of Youghal. They built 1 and 2 Brighton Villas which were then assigned to Edward Coughlan.
