Charles l. Skinner, youngest son of Clinton and Sarah Jane Corwin Skinner, died Wednesday evening, Feb 6 after a long illness of a dropsical nature. The funeral was held at his late residence Friday, Rev. Arthur Jones officiating. He is survived by two brothers, Amasa and Fayette, and three sisters, Mrs. Samantha Gordon of Middletown, Mrs Newton Cornish and Miss Florence skinner of Milanville
