CHESTER COOK TULLAR
Chester Cook Tullar was the son of Chester Tullar and his wife, Eudotia Cook. He worked as a farmer most of his life. He was married about 1844, Oswego, NY, to Euphama Myers. They appeared in the 1850 U.S. Census and the 1855 New York State Census in Oswego.
By 1860 the family had moved to Nora Twp., Jo Daviess Co., IL, where they farmed. In the 1870 and 1880 U.S. Census they were living in Nodaway Co., MO. Chester Tullar appeared in Hopkins Twp., Nodaway Co., MO Land Records of 1893 as owning 80 acres of land there.
By 1900, Chester Tullar and his daughter, Charity Ann (Tullar) O'Donnell, were living in Harvard, Clay Co., NE. He died there the next year at age 82 years, 7 months, 27 days, and was buried at Siam Cemetery, Taylor Co., IA.
