"He [Jimmy Sos-heo-wa Johnson] is known to have married at least twice. His son, James G Johnson (1802-1894) became a local chief of the Hawk Clan. A daughter, Mary, married Jesse Spring, another Tonawanda leader. Their descendants continue to live on the Tonawanda Reservation today."
