About Christian Methuen (Irby), Baroness Boston

Christian Methuen was the daughter of Paul Methuen and Catharine Cobb. She married Frederick Irby, 2nd Baron Boston, son of William Irby, 1st Baron Boston and Albinia Selwyn, on 15 May 1775. She died on 9 May 1832. Her will was probated in June 1832.

  • As a result of her marriage, Christian Methuen was styled as Baroness Boston on 15 May 1775.
