These old stones, apparently stacked many years ago, were visible in 1991 several inches below a fence line on the old Peter Grossnickle farm across from Grossnickle Church & Cemetery, but could no longer be located when visited again in 1998. Lighter color on left appears to be that of Christina Studebaker Grossnickle, while the darker on the right may be that of Anna Rosina (abt. 1705-1785), widow of Johan Adam Boyer, then of Michael Bigler.
