For: "Sevenpounds ten shillings" Property: "one Certain tract or persell of Land Lying and being in ye township of Kent that is to say five acres of Land by Estemation be it more or Less which I Bought of John Keeny to be taken off from ye East Side of sd. Land that I Bought of said John Keeny it being at ye South East Corner of that two acres & a half that I Bought of Thomas Beeman which will be ye Northwest Corner of sd. Land and from thonce 20 rod East and thence South to ye Highway that runs between John Beeman and I and from thence west 20 rod by yeSide of sd.
