Description Parties: 1) Robert Hooker, gentleman, of Helston; Thomas Cock, gentleman, of Helston 2) Solomon Stevens, ironmonger, Helston Lease of dwellinghouse with backside and garden "nigh the upper end" of Wendron Street in possession of John Eathorne; dwelling house with backside and garden in Meneage Street formerly the lands of James Trewyn, lately of Christopher Cock, gent, deceased, late in possession of Edward Toller, deceased, now of Solomon Stephens; dwellinghouse with backside and garden in Wendron Street, in possession of William Mundy, which same lately built, bounded with lands of the late Alexander Penhellick on east, and on west with lands of William Pasmore; dwelling house with backside and garden commonly called John Hawke's house in Wendron Street, late in possession of William Mundy; also stitch field or close of land in the Bullack Lane (three quarters of an acre) late in possession of Henry Polkinhorne, gent, and now of Robert Hooker; all lands being formerly the inheritance of Christopher Cock, gent, decd, which on his death came to Thomas Cock, his nephew and next heir, and afterwards sold by him to Robert Hooker. Witnesses: Richard Bullock, John Eathorne, Alexander Dawe. Consideration: £204 Endorsed with clause of indemnity.
