Clara Meyer

My mother Clara Wertheim was born in Bad Bentheim on the Dutch border. She was raised with 5 brothers and one sister in the Netherlands. Your Great Grandmother's mother was dutch, her father a German Jew. It was a very happy family. My Grandfather had a well going butcher shop. All my mother's family loved to sing and some of my uncles had remarkable voices. My mother's father had still whiskers and a beard in 1917. He passed away in 1917 in Enschede, Netherlands.
