Clara married James Robert Quillen on November 2, 1884 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, United States. Together they had the following children: Myrtle Louise (Quillen) Horn; Mary E. Quillen; Charles Robert Sylvester Quillen.
Clara married Hiram Mason Ricker on March 9, 1892 in Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, United States. Together they had the following children: George Paul Ricker; John Fremont Ricker; Roy Alfred Ricker; Arthur Melvin Ricker; Harmon Everett Ricker; Flossie Iva (Ricker) Floyd; Martin Oscar Ricker; Lillian Etta (Lillie) (Ricker) Taylor; Clara Easle (Ricker) Moskoloff.
She died on May 13, 1940 in Salem, Marion County, Oregon, United States and was buried on May 16, 1940 in International Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery, Salem, Marion Co, Oregon.
Clara Etta (Weight) (Quillen) Ricker. She was also known as Clara Easle Weight and as Claretta Weight. She was enumerated twice on the 1885 census. Once in the household of her parents, and once in the household of Ora Landreth. The census shows her and husband as single, but living together and with her last name as Quillan.
There is a picture of her and her second husband in the possession of her grandson Ridge Durand (2001). The picture was taken at Nebraska City, Nebraska, which is just across the river from Sidney, Iowa. The picture was probably taken on the occasion of their marriage.
In 1902 she was living at Nishnabotna, Missouri, when she gave her consent for her daughter Myrtle to marry while under age.

Ricker of Freewater, Ore., Harmon E. Ricker of St. Helens, Martin Ricker of Vader, Wash., Mrs. Lillie E. Meirndorf of South Tacoma, Wash., Mrs. Earle Oldham of Kelso, Wash., C. S. Quillen of Shaniko, Mrs. Myrtle Horn of Freemont, Neb.; sister of W. W. Weight of Eugene and John Weight of Thurman, Iowa. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the W. T.
