Surviving are his wife, Eula; one son, C.W. Schultz Jr. of Chicago; and four grandchildren.

Born in Harvard, Mr. Schultz was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schultz.

Prior to moving to Springfield in 1963, Mr. Schultz was a consulting engineer for Black Veatch at Kansas City, Mo.

He was a member of American Legion Post No. 32, St. Paul's Lodge No. 500 AF&AM, State of Missouri Professional Engineers.

Mr. Schultz was a graduate of the University of Illinois and a veteran of World War I.

Services will be at Staab Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
