

Claude R Titus, 63, of Glen Burnie, MD, died Tuesday, July 19, 1977 in the South Baltimore General Hospital following a lingering illness.
He was born July 28, 1913 at McClellandtown, a son of the late Thurman L and Adda Johsnson Titus.
He graduated from Carmichaels Area High School and California State College and until his retirement was a welding engineer for Westinghouse.
He was a member of the Harandale Prebyterian Church, the Westinghouse Veterans and of the American Welding Society.
He is survived by his wife, Peart Brant Titus of Glen Burnie; a son Richard R Titus of Towson, MD and four granchildren and his stepmother, Mabel Newcomer Titus of Pasadena, MD.
The following brothers and sisters also survive: Margaret Conway and Thurman K Titus of Carmichaels, Marion WT Titus and Robert V Titus of Padadena, MD, Emily G Stone of Manlius, NY and Sesler N Titus of Brook Park, Ohio.
A Brother, Gleen is Deceased.
Memorial services were held Friday, July 22, 1977 in Kirkley Funeral Home at Glen Burnie with the Rev Robert Bower officiating.
