Clinton "Chip" Stone Allen, 74, husband of Victoria "Vickie" Allen, left us on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 after a short illness.

Born on January 5, 1947 in Richmond, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Clinton Turner Allen and Ann Oldham Allen. Clinton was a Real Estate Appraiser for many years. He was a Captain in The United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam era. He was a graduate of Model High School in 1965 and Eastern Kentucky University. Chip was an artist, he worked with wood, canvas and nature. He showed his art at RAAC, Gallery on Main, local festivals, fundraisers for Kentucky Riverkeepers and more. He loved folk art and the unusual.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Allen; a sister, Laura Wietkamp (Darrell); a niece, Chase Daniel (Jacob and children, Xander and Ellis); a cousin, Tom Floyd (children, Ryan and Jarrod); a step- son, Kevin Worrell; a step-brother, Renn Willingham; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Hammons and her children, Michelle, Melissa, Jessica and Bryan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Lea Ann Allen; a nephew, Clinton Robert Wietkamp; and an aunt, Laura Oldham Floyd.
