About Constance Dillingham
Constance Nye Dillingham, 78, of the Cloisters, died July 23, 2000. She was born August 22, 1921 in Brockton, Mass., a daughter of the late Brad and Mildred Slack Nye. She was a veteran of WWII, having served in the US Coast Guard. She was avidly involved in needlepoint, quilting, cross stitch, painting and gardening. She was a member of the United Church, Warsaw Garden Club and Warsaw Monday Club. Her husband, Scott Dillingham died in 1997. Surviving are a son, Walter (Carol) of Buffalo; a daughter, Sara (Russell) Trippe of Wheatfield; a brother, Joseph (Elizabeth) Nye of New London, NH; and four grandchildren. Services were at Miller Memorial Chapel with burial in the church Commemorative Gardens. Arrangements by Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home.
