Married 8 May 1787 in Chesterfield, Westmoreland, Virginia to Hannah Lee (1766-1802). She was the daughter of Richard Henry LEE & Anne AYLETT. They had 8 children.

- 37. Corbin Washington had recently moved from his farm on the family place in Westmoreland County. He was living at Selby, Fairfax County, where Washington visited him in November 1799 (Diaries, 6:374)
