About Cpl. Andrew Jackson Linker, (CSA)

Andrew Jackson Linker served in Company B, 7th NC Infantry. He was wounded at Gettysburg in July 1863, resulting in the amputation of right leg. He was also captured at Gettysburg and was held POW at Point Lookout, Maryland until he was exchanged 30 Apr 1864. He then returned to his unit.
