Cyrus Shuey

Cyrus Shuey, formerly of Palmyra, died Wednesday March 1, 1972, in Cedar Haven where he had been a resident for five years. He was 79. He was a son of the late Henry David and Sarah Boeshore Shuey. His wife, Mabel Hower Shuey, died in November 1970. Shuey was a retired farmer and state employee. He was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church Grantville RD 1. Surviving are two sons, Alfred W., Tioga RD 1, and Enos E., Lebanon RD 4; one daughter, Christine, wife of Marvin Shuey, Palmyra RD 1; one brother, Harvey Shuey, Palmyra; 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
