Daniel Ketchum

 " Daniel Ketchum, son of Daniel and  Keziah  Smith Ketchum was born in Duchess County, New York in 1767. He died sometime after 1832 in Crawford County, OH. He lived in Berkshire County, MA from 1768 to 1788; Albany County, NY from 1788 until he moved to Aurelius, Cayuga County, NY sometime before 1820. A Cayuga County granted deed of April 10, 1820 was signed by Daniel and Constance Ketchum. His final Cayuga deed was dated 29 May 1821 with Daniel Signing. On Sept 8, 1824, Daniel Ketchum of Whetstone Township, Marion County, OH sold land to Philander Odell with his son, Eddy, and Son-In-Law Seldon Field, as witnesses. Another transaction took place 5 Mar 1825.. . His first wife   was said to have been the daughter of Abiel Eddy, born 29 Aug 1772 in Westmorland, Cheshire County, N.H. She probably died between 1820 and March of 1821.
