DANIEL JACKSON MANNING Daniel Jackson Manning, 67, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Daniel was born August 23, 1951, in Mullens, West Virginia to Dallas Sneed and Thelma Howington Manning, who preceded him in death. He is also preceded by three children, Tabitha Manning, Christy Manning and Danny Johnson, and siblings Rocky Trail and Denver Sneed.

Daniel was adopted by his aunt Della Howington and her husband John Manning.
