Dorothy Masterson writes On a visit to the Library of the Puerto Rico General Archives, I found a couple of catalogs of Foreign Residents in Puerto Rico. The name of the book is “Catalogos de Extranjeros Residentes en Puerto Rico”, the author is Estela Cifre de Loubriel. The following are my extractions from that book: Page 31, Item 11 – McCormick, Daniel. Native of Scotland; arrived in Puerto Rico in 1810 and obtained a naturalization letter on April 1816 under the Real Cedula de Gracias document. (A.G.I., Aud., Sto. Dgo., Legajo 2421). Another book, written by the aforementioned author, containing information on the persons above is “La Inmigracion a Puerto Rico Durante el Siglo XIX” (The Immigration to Puerto Rico in the 19th Century):Page 253, item 7741 – McCormick, Daniel, 1816. Native of Scotland; arrived in Puerto Rico in 1816. (Same information as the one found on the previous book).

El nombre del libro es "Catalogos de Extranjeros Residentes en Puerto Rico", el autor es Estela Cifre de Loubriel. Los siguientes son mis extracciones de ese libro: Página 31, artículo 11 - McCormick, Daniel. Nativo de Escocia; llegó a Puerto Rico en 1810 y obtuvo una carta de naturalización de abril 1816 en el marco del documento real Cédula de Gracias. (A.G.I., Aud., Sto. Dgo., Legajo 2421). Otro libro, escrito por el autor antes mencionado, que contiene información sobre las personas de arriba es "La Inmigracion un Durante el Siglo XIX Puerto Rico" (La inmigración a Puerto Rico en el siglo 19): Página 253, artículo 7741 - McCormick, Daniel, 1816 . nativo de Escocia; llegó a Puerto Rico en 1816. (La misma información que la que se encuentra en el libro anterior).
