A Relationship Support Group (Northgate)

This is an interactive on-going , weekly , 2 hour support group for people in relationships who are experiencing difficulties, and/ or for people not in relationships who have concerns or questions about past, present , or future relationship issues.

All aspects of relationhips are covered.

If you have questions about :

• Expectations.
• Anger and / or disappointment with your partner.
• Communication problems.
• Making poor choices in partners.
• Early warning signs of a poor choice.
• The effect of parental role modeling on present day relationship choices.
• Difficulty trusting.
• The effect of compulsive issues on relationships.
• The importance of spiritual practices on emotional intimacy.

All of these issues are explored.

There are 2 groups currently on-going. Each is composed of well functioning men and women . There are 2 open slots in each group.

These groups are a safe place to discuss these kinds of issues

with others of like-mind who respect the difficulty and importance of trying to address these concerns.

These groups have been very helpful for a wide range of issues ,

including relationship issues , depression , support for recovery from

substance use , help in raising children , and any problem pertaining to daily life.

The group members get to know each other's lives , and are able to to provide a warm caring , safe place to discuss these kinds of issues with each other with respect , affection , and intelligence.

You would be most welcome to come and attend a meeting free of charge to evaluate the appropriateness of the group for your particular interests.

Groups are facilitated by a Wa. State Licensed Mental Health Counselor

in a private, relaxed setting. If interested, you may attend 1 session free of charge.

Cost is $100 per month.
