In the latter part of February, 1902 he resigned the management of the concern. On November 12, of the same year, having become improved in health, deceased took the management of the Star Soda Water Co., a position which he held until his death. Some ten years ago, Mr. Bailey married Miss Hattie Lewis, one of the heirs of the Lewis estate. Besides the widow and children, deceased leaves a brother and sister in Vermont.
