David Horowitz

I suspect that David was a resident at the Veterans Administration hospital in Montrose, New York at the time of his death. See U.S. National Cemetery Interment Control Forms, 1928-1962 (attached), also https://www.hudsonvalley.va.gov/.

On the U.S. National Cemetery Interment Control Forms, 1928-1962 (attached) next of kin is given as Morrie Horowitz (brother). David didn't have a brother named Morrie. Morris was the name of his father, who was predeceased David.
