David Miller

MILLER, David - Born August 21, 1921 in Hamilton, to the late Henry and Lillian Miller. Passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007. Loving husband of Sylvia and beloved father to Anthony, Sean, and Pamela. Predeceased by brothers Harry, Barney, Max, Sidney, Alex, and sister Tillie Swerling. Fondly remembered by his younger brothers Howard and Gerald and his wife Carol as well as his many nieces and nephews. David flew many missions in the Royal Canadian Airforce during World War II. He was president of Howmark of Canada and was awarded Canadian Shoeperson of the year. An avid tennis player until his eighty fifth year, David had a great passion for life. Funeral services on Wednesday April 11 at 12:30 p.m. at the Holy Blossom Synagogue 1950 Bathurst Street. If desired, remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice.
