Andrew, recorded as the son of Joshuah and Mary Rice, was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on 18 January 1702/3.[1]

Andrew married Hannah Barnes 3 December 1734 in Marlborough, Massachusetts.[2]

He is a descendant of Edmund Rice, an English immigrant to the Massachusetts Bay Colony, as follows[3][4]
