The Mayflower Families Through Five Generations book (Volume 13) for William White says this about Deborah, wife of Sylvanus White::

"It is suggested she was the dau. of Richard and Elizabeth (Warren) Church, b. Hingham 27 Jan 1656/7.
"Administration on the estate of Sylvanus White of Scituate was granted to his father Peregrine White, Esq. 30 June 1688; Deborah White swore to the inventory of her husband the same day. No further record of Deborah has been found in Plymouth County records."

There is no evidence to support a conclusion that Deborah Church born 1657 is the wife of Sylvanus White. The General Society of Mayflower Descendants has no evidence of the surname or parents of Deborah.

Deborah, b. 27-1-16(57). Several authorities report her as having m. John Irish and with the same dates as allotted to Priscilla, but this is an error. The Boston records have the death of Deborah Church 17 Jan 1690.

"Descendants of Richard Church of Plymouth, Massachusetts" by John Adams Church, 1913, lists a death date of "2 Oct 1673."
