• The Last Will and Testament of JOHN MORTON, deced., was prsented in Court by DEBORAH MORTON, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of JOHN DAVIS and MATHEW DAVIS witnesses thereto is admitted to Record, and on the motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usual in such cases, Certificate is granted her for
• - MORTON's Estate to be appraised
• HENRY WILSON, JAMES WILSON, THOMAS PETTY and JOHN WELLS or any three of them some time between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of JOHN MORTON, deced., which shall be presented to their view in money and make report thereof to the next Court. JOHN METCALFE, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraismwnt of the Decedent.'s Estate as also to DEBORAH MORTON, the Executrix, for her true discovery thereofobtaining a Pro- bate thereof in due forme
