  • More info has been offered by Grace Schmitt which casts some uncertainty on her death date: Deborah (Cooper) Peck was born 21 September 1664, per Rehoboth, Plymouth Colony records. (No county and before it became part of MA.) She died 5 March 1729/30, per page 700 of the published Attleborough, Bristol Co., MA., records. The next entry after hers reads: "Peck, Deborah, widow, "ye aged", March 19, 1735/36." It is not known how this second Deborah fits yet.

Biography

Deborah died at 72 in 1736 and was buried here with her husband, Hezekiah Peck. See,"A Sketch of the History of Attleborough",p.736-738 about the Peck Burial Ground. Hezekiah Peck was the son of Capt. Nicholas Peck b.1630, one of six sons of Joseph Peck the 1638 immigrant. See "ASketch of The History of Attleborough" p. 736-738 about the Peck Burial Ground. She married Hezekiah Peck who was one of six sons of JosephPeck the 1638 immigrant. Hezekiah was born in Hingham, England and first came with his father to Hingham, MA.
