Brief overview:

Ditsebe, a farm worker from Theunissen in the Free State, was found murdered on Sunday 30th May. He had sustained an open wound to his head, and a knife was stuck on his hip. It is also suspected that a hammer was used as the murder weapon. It was found by Police at the scene, and confiscated.

“The body of a male victim, identified as Ditsebe Lesotho, was retrieved from a water canal by police divers after police were summoned to the crime scene. The lifeless body of the deceased was found wrapped with a blanket and tied with wires to the trolley that was allegedly used to drag him from the house, the scene where he was killed,” Mbambo said."

Community members spotted the murder suspect (30) and apprehended him and handed him over to the police.
