Donald Eugene Phillips

Donald Eugene Phillips, 74, of Mishawaka, Indiana went to be with The Lord surrounded by his family on February 17, 2011.

He was born June 3, 1936, in Mishawaka, son of Frank & Alta Phillips who preceded him in death along with his brothers Richard and Vernon. On November 25, 1959, he married Mary Jo Wever who ascended into heaven in 2002. After being widowed, he married Frances Dodd, who survives. Also surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Eric Holdosh along with their children, Anna, Elliott and Claire Holdosh of St. Louis, MO. Mr. Phillips retired from State Farm Insurance in 2003.

Funeral arrangements for Mr. Phillips will be at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, IN. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Monday at Bubb's Chapel. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2pm in the chapel as well. Entombment will follow the services on Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the charity of choice.
