From Simon Willard, in Anderson, Robert Charles; George F. Sanborn; and Melinde Lutz Sanborn. The Great Migration: Immigrants to New England, 1634-1635. (NEHGS, 1999-2011), 7:422.

"… Dorcas _____ (eldest known child of 'Henry & Dorcas Willard' b. Lancaster 31 May 1690 [LanVR 49]). (After the death of Henry Willard, 'Dorcas Willard' m. at Concord on 5 January 1703/4 Benjamin Bellows [CoVR 60]. Some secondary sources state that her surname at the time she married Henry Willard was Cutler [Willard Memoir 359; Willard Gen 19]. There is, however, no evidence for this identification, and good reason to believe that the claim was based on a misunderstanding of the records [Thomas Bellows Peck, The Bellows Genealogy … (Keene, New Hampshire, 1898), 10-11].)"

Peck, Thomas Bellows. The Bellows genealogy or John Bellows, the boy emigrant of 1635 and his descendants: comprising a full history of Col. Benjamin Bellows, the founder of Walpole, N. H., and his descendants, and a partial account of the families of Isaac, John and Eleazer Bellows of Marlborough, Mass., and of Nathaniel Bellows of Groton, Ct. (Keene, New Hampshire: Sentinel Printing Company, 1898), 10-11.

"The parentage of Dorcas Bellows has not been ascertained, although much effort has been made. Her maiden name is believed to have been Dorcas Cutler, as given in the Lancaster record of her marriage to Henry Willard in 1689. 'The Cutler Family,' by Rev. Abner Morse, p. 41-42, and 'The Cutler Memorial,' by Nahum S. Cutler, p. 506-513, both state that at the time of her marriage to Willard she was the widow of Samuel Cutler, of Charlestown, who died Aug. 15, 1688, and that her maiden name was Dorothy Bell, daughter of Abraham Bell, of Charlestown. Aside from the improbability of the change of name from 'Dorothy' to 'Dorcas,' and of the marriage of Benjamin Bellows to a widow about sixteen years his senior, there is the positive statement of Thomas Bellows Wyman in 'The Genealogies and Estates of Charlestown in the County of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts,' under 'Cutler,' that Dorothy, daughter of Abraham Bell and widow of Samuel Cutler, was married, second, to Josiah Treadway, Feb. 8, 1697-98, died Oct 9, 1740, and was buried in the Granary burying ground in Boston. It seems probable, therefore, that the historians Morse and Cutler were misled by the similarity of the names of Dorcas and Dorothy Cutler. The parentage of Dorcas Bellows thus remains as much of a mystery as ever."

Davis, Walter A. The early records of the town of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, including that part which is now Fitchburg, 1719-1764: a complete transcript of the town meetings and selectmen's records contained in the first two books of the general records of the town; also a copy of all the vital statistics of the town previous to the year 1764. (Fitchburg, Massachusetts: Published by authority of the City Council, 1896 ; Fitchburg [Massachusetts] : Sentinel Printing, [1896]), 342.

Looks like page 513 of A Cutler Memorial and Genealogical History: Containing the Names of a Large ... Mixes up Dorothy Bell, wife of Samuel Cutler (married Josiah Treadway 2nd) with Dorcas, who married Benjamin Bellows 2nd. Savage says Dorcas was perhaps a Cutler but seeing no evidence of it.

Cannot have been the daughter of Abraham Bell of Charlestown:
