Doris Ross formerly of Des Moines, Iowa passed away at Merlech Hospice House in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday Oct 15, 2013. Doris was born in in Monroe, Iowa Mar 10, 1932 to Arie and Sylvia De Reus. She married Warren Dale Ross on Jun 17, 1951. Doris was a lifelong resident of Iowa until 2010 when she and her husband moved to Tampa, Fl. Doris is preceded in death by her parents and her son William (Bill) Ross. She is survived by her husband Warren and her sons Dennis of Phoenix, AZ; Ed Ross, Mark Ross, and Rex Ross all of Des Moines, IA; Dan Ross of Valrico, FL; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doris is to be cremated at Stowers Funeral Home in Brandon, Fl. and her ashes scattered and no service or memorial is planned.
