Dudley Digges

Dudley Digges, whose birth and death dates are provided by his headstone, was an historical figure featured in an episode of The Travel Channel's TV show "My Haunted House". As a matter of historical fact, Dudley's father John obtained a massive property overlapping what today is the Mason-Dixon line between Maryland and Pennsylvania, which came to be known as "Digges Choice". Eight elaborate historical markers can be found today around the borders of that property. An unusual number of people in the area, especially females, died under horrible and often mysterious situations. John's son Dudley, who was known to be particularly cruel, has been the alleged murderer in several of those deaths.
