When Dy Han Kia returned to China a rich man, he build four mansions for the entire clan -- one for himself and three for his six brothers. The Dee brothers became known in Shizhen as the "Si Te Chu" or "Four Mansions Clan".
When the sixth and youngest brother Dee Han Ding died, Dy Han Kia took care of his brother's sons -- Dee Chao Yi (Calixto Dyyco) and Dee Zhao Bei (Dy Chao Pak or Dy Pac)
Dy Pac became a legendary lumber tycoon and in the 1950s returned to their village to build a granite pavilion in honor of his uncle Dy Han Kia.
