Dyan Castillejo

A professional tennis player from 1981 to 1990, in 1988 she became the very first Filipino to earn a ranking in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA). She hosted several television sports programs such as ABS-CBN's Sports Unlimited, and was a reporter (sports segment) for ABS-CBN's TV Patrol. Her father Lino Castillejo, a football player, was inducted into the de la Salle Alumni Association (DLSAA) Sports Hall of Fame (Football) in 2013. Her grandfather Gil Fargas was a professional tennis player, who won in the Far Eastern Championship Games in 1913 (doubles), 1919 (doubles) and 1921 (singles). Her son Matthew is also a tennis player.
