Eddie 'Ed' Reid (1945 - 2013)

Brief overview:

Eddie (68), was shot dead on his smallholding in the Hills and Dales 3 area, Erasmia (below Birdsong and next to Bona Thaba Horse Trails), on the night of Friday 13th September 2013. He went to investigate as his dogs were continually barking. When he opened his front door he was shot twice - in the neck and once in his back.

It is believed that there were three armed perpetrators, who then entered the house, gained access to the safe and stole weapons, and other household items.
