HOWE v HOWE. Guilia Hatchell Howe (formerly Foldi) sued for a divorce from Edgar James Howe on the ground of misconduct with Placid May Howe, at Wellington, New South Wales. The parties were married on October 3, 1903, at Gordon, according to the Anglican rites. Mr. Hodgson, instructed by Mr. H. E. McIntosh, appeared for the petitioner. His Honor granted a decree nisi, returnable in six months.
