Daughter of rabbi Adolf ALTMANN and Malwine ALTMANN. Rabbi Altmann officiated in Salzburg before WW1 - he was a rabbi to the forces in WW1 and then transferred to Trier; he fled to Holland in 1938 and died in Auschwitz in 1944.
